More Than
A Club.

Founded in 2015, Altrincham Angels Junior Netball Club has grown into one of the area's most respected junior programmes. Playing in competitive local leagues, North West and national tournaments, we offer both participation and performance pathways across all age groups from Year 3 right through to Year 13.

With over 350 members, we strive to improve our standing in county and regional competitions whilst encouraging fun, enthusiasm and fantastic spirit across all squads. Our Development, Pre-Performance and Performance tiers ensure every player finds their level and reaches their potential.

All squad coaches are Level 2 qualified and affiliated to England Netball, with all of them also involved in coaching at adult clubs, schools, colleges and universities.

Our Journey

Club History.

2015

Founded on a Sunday morning in Altrincham. A conversation between a few passionate netballers became the club we know today. First squads formed, participation focus from day one.

2019

200+ members achieved. Development tier formally established across all age groups. The club's reputation in the local community growing rapidly.

2020

Performance tier launched. First entries into Cheshire County and Greater Manchester County leagues, raising the bar for the club's competitive ambitions.

2023

Landmark moment. Success at Cheshire County saw our U14s compete at regional level for the very first time in the club's history.

2024

25 teams across 11 year groups. 350+ members. County and regional academy selections. The Angels flying higher than ever.

2025

Ten-year celebrations. Squads qualified for the ENG National Finals. A decade of developing junior netball in Altrincham and beyond.
